An award-driven empowerment program and community platform dedicated to honoring the hidden brilliance and resilience of women who have long gone unrecognized.
ENQU means Gem, the hidden value, strength, and brilliance within women. SET means woman/girl. NIQU means awake, a reminder that resilience grows when women recognize their worth. Together, ENQU SET NIQU SET honors awakened gems: women who have endured, transformed, and risen without recognition.
Mission: to empower girls and women by elevating untold stories, sparking dialogue, and creating spaces where recognition becomes a catalyst for change. Vision: a society that celebrates resilience as much as success so empowered women empower the next generation.
Founders' Philosophy
Founded by Samuel Geremew with co-founders Mulutsehay Geremew, Weynishèt Geremew, and family collaborators to awaken gems across communities. Recognition restores dignity, storytelling heals, and when women are seen, communities transform.
